You can pre-book your shuttle (recommended) which will cost more money, BUT you will have peace of mind, and you shouldn’t have to wait for too long. It is the cheapest, safest, and easiest way to travel. We are not responsible for any lost items on the bus. This is the method of transport between Guatemala airport and Antiguathat I recommend. Private Shuttle Services include a waiting period of one hour for international flight delays, an extra fee of $25.00 applies for each aditional waiting hour. 
If the Bus has not picked you up by this time, please call us at the phone number indicated at your confirmation email. There is a 5 to 10 minute pick-up window, meaning that the van will normally arrive within 5 to 10 minutes of your scheduled pickup time due to traffic that we might encounter.Above rates not valid in Holy Week, August and New Year Eve.
